My role involves collaborating with various departments to design and develop learning solutions that drive performance and growth, while ensuring safety is paramount. With a recent focus in the Early Careers space, I support apprentices through their training journey and manage work placements to ensure practical learning opportunities are provided to the next generation. Additionally, as an active member of the Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging network, I am committed to promoting a workplace culture that values and respects all.Outside of work, you'll find me learning a new skill, socialising with family and friends or visiting new places.
