As campaigns officer I worked closely with other members of the association to formulate and organise different campaigns, collaborating with other societies and external organisations and creating promotional materials for events.

Within this role, I had to ensure communications between the committee, our members, other societies and the student union in order to promote our association and its activities. I was also responsible for designing the promotional material for our campaigns and events.

As I was required to work in different venues on many occasions, it was imperative I represented the agency well by providing a consistently positive service when meeting new teams and when serving clients' customers. At Verve I performed a similar role to my job at TCS. Here, I worked with high-profile clients such as the BBC and the Birmingham Museum, gaining experience in a more formal role. I took this job alongside TCS in order to maximise the amount of shifts I was able to do.

I volunteered with the World Peace Café in the Summer of 2013. This was a diverse, fast-paced environment which required me to multitask and keep calm under pressure, ensuring that our team provided a consistently welcoming atmosphere for customers to keep returning to.
