After being tasked with “understanding our why,” we brainstormed common issues that arise within college campuses worldwide. One of the first problems we identified was campus safety and, in particular, sexual assault. According to The National Sexual Violence Resource Center, “one in five women and one in sixteen men are sexually assaulted while in college.” After recognizing the extremity of this issue, we decided to create a company to address it. And The Quill Company was born. With a variety of backgrounds and skills within our company, we believe we have the resources necessary to bring safety to college campuses.
