Area Manager - Transatlantic Spirits
Current- Currently manage a team of five Sales Consultants since the formation of the Transatlantic Spirits Division representing the Bacardi, Heaven Hill, Patron, & Ilegal Mezcal portfolios across 128 total chain retail.
- Provide sales goals, strategies, and merchandising techniques to assist the Consultants in achieving their weekly/monthly/quarterly goals.
- Continually foster and develop relationships with key account decision makers and Consultants.
- Mentor and develop Sales Consultants based on career aspirations.
