Key projects:Westpac Group Australia Zoe was a key member in managing the Sydney Westpac consolidation project from eleven CBD locations into 3 final buildings, including the flagship Barangaroo Tower Two, 275 Kent Street and 4-16 Montgomery Street, Kogarah. This was the largest relocation project in the southern hemisphere undertaken in the last 10 years. It involved 12,500 staff transitioning to their new location within a 6 month period. The Relocation Project objectives were as follows:  To minimise disruption to operations  To minimise staff stress and turbulence  To ensure the smooth transition of all areas  To identify and mitigate against all project risks and plan for contingencies  To engage staff though a communications program  To keep all staff fully informed and coordinated throughout the project  To manage the relocation in the most time and cost effective manner possible  To maintain security throughout the relocation phases  To meet required dates of existing buildings Parramatta City Council Zoe handled the management of the relocation of approximately 500 Council staff, and the entire Parramatta City Council Library into its temporary accommodation in Church Street (the Council) and Fitzwilliam Street (the Library) which enabled the demolition of the existing buildings in preparation for the large scale Parramatta City Council redevelopment project. The project occurred in a very short timeframe, within 7 weeks from strategy commencement though to project delivery. It involved a very swift program development, communications and engagement process for the entire council and library workforce. The removalist tender scope was accurately developed in less than two weeks and awarded in time to prepare sufficiently for the big move.
