As the second-in-command at the library, I lead teams focused on adult programming, graphic design and marketing, and direct customer service. Together, we're building an energetic and dynamic public library centered on exceptional service to the public.

Manage all the inventory of the over 20,000 accessions in the Preservation Collection at Seed Savers Exchange including packaging, inventorying, and storing recently regenerated seeds, coordinating annual backup shipments to the Svalbard Global Seed Vault in Norway and the USDA genebank in Ft. Collins, CO, and managing distributions to researchers and gardeners utilizing the collection. Vet all new donations to the collection by conducting extensive historical research and interviews with new donors. Serve as one of the "Public Faces" of the Preservation Department and develop programs and policies for increasing access to the historical materials and germplasm in the collection.

Grant funded position to research and document the provenance, history, and chain of stewardship of vegetables from the commercial seed trade being maintained in the preservation collection. Completed historical research on 614 accessions in the collection.

Create an archive for the Upstate New York Better Business Bureau's records dating back to 1921. Inventory, organize, catalog and store historic records and materials. Create a simple, searchable database of records.

Oversaw the care, maintenance, and growth of the artifact, archive, photographic, and library collections in addition to 7 historical museum buildings. Accessioned over 2400 artifacts, 1500 photographs, and 800 archival materials into the collection.Designed and fabricated archival storage mounts for the historical costume collection.
