• Measured academic outcomes for 50 primary school students utilizing benchmark assessments to advise staff on individualized needs to meet the school district's yearly literacy goals
• Facilitated and designed qualitative and quantitative community diagnostic for Spanish-speaking school officials; presented findings to English-speaking senior staff to inform programming methodologies
• Offered instructional support to 70 school officials in a series of workshops including classroom management, literacy-focused content creation, resource utilization, and diagnostic strategies
• Conducted 1-1 literacy coaching sessions with 30 Spanish-speaking primary students, instructing on reading comprehension, writing and pronunciation
