With over 10 years of experience in business strategy, organization development, and operational optimization, I help organizations execute their goals through people and culture. As an Organizational Development Consultant, I conduct organizational diagnosis and intervention, develop stakeholder plans, and design and perform training on communication and team dynamics.My experience as a military spouse, while living and working overseas, has shaped my people mindset and my ability to adapt to diverse and fast-paced environments. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where I am learning the latest theories and practices in the field.
