I design and provide a museum experience on specific art genres and themes for specialist and general-interest groups, in English, French, Hungarian and Portuguese. I lead school groups on journeys through society, belief and knowledge using role play, games and handicraft, as well as selected works of art.

I initiate, conceptualize, design and organize cultural events (conferences, round tables, exhibitions) in order to present sports from a social, historical and cultural point of view. My role extends to creating and executing communication plans linked to the events, building partnerships with journalists and institutions (museums, libraries, sports organizations) and promoting the events internationally.

Together with my team of four I was responsible for the Hungarian management of Ashoka, the largest network of social entrepreneurs worldwide. During my leadership I was one of the contact points in Hungary for social-change management and helped make the local social entrepreneurship ecosystem vibrant. This not only strengthened the Ashoka brand, but also built networks and partnerships with the social, business, government and media sectors by creating the common goal of spreading social innovation and entrepreneurship values locally. Achievements:– Created a highly motivated and well-performing team while gaining leadership experience.– Implemented an international organization’s strategy and tailored it to local circumstances.– Created disseminated networks from scratch, mapped the local actors’ needs and interests to then co-create changemaker actions with diverse stakeholders such as McKinsey & Company, TEDx, Forbes, HVG, Marie Claire, Corvinus University, CEU Business School and others.– Mapped, selected and organized the induction of innovative Ashoka Fellows and increased their community by 17%.– Tailored pro-bono support packages for Ashoka Fellows and assured their implementation.– Implemented social impact measuring techniques (SRS) and disseminated them nationally. – Gave lectures (Corvinus University, CEU Business School), conferences and diverse talks on social entrepreneurship. – Built up and managed Ashoka’s Young Changemaker Initiative.

My main role was recruiting middle- and top IT managers in the EMEA region. This spanned the specification of the ideal candidate, followed by interviews, pre-selection, liaising with hiring managers worldwide and the supervision of the recruitment process all through to the hiring stage.Achievements:– Cooperated with hiring managers of diverse cultures, with specific needs. – Performed within a hierarchical, strictly-framed American multinational company.– Actively participated to keep a positive and productive team spirit beyond borders and continents.– Practiced multiple-level reporting.– Familiarized myself with the HR requirements of the IT and financial sectors.

Besides managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various clients, from the business development phase to the contract signature of middle- and top managers, I was in charge of initiating and regularly organizing Talent Network Events to build bridges between professionals and companies, with the goal of generating new business assignments. Achievements:– Adhered to financial targets.– Creatively generated new business. – Found common language with a large variety of clients in the fields of FMCG, telecomm, production, pharmaceuticals, fashion, etc.– Provided HR advisory services for clients’ senior management. – Practiced headhunting.
