As Chief Culture Officer, my main responsibilities are to offer professional development opportunities for our management teams and to collect and take action on data that positively impacts our brand. Activities include assessment, design, and execution of internal organizational systems and programs that ensure our guests are able to enjoy the Posting lifestyle. I facilitate internal disagreement when needed, make sure our team members are happy, and our organizational systems are effective. This includes both proactive and responsive approaches to changes in our operating environments.

As CGO, my main responsibilities are to grow the number of Post units in the St. Louis market. To accomplish this I advise our CEO on growth strategy, the creation and execution of capital structure proposals, business plans, Operating Agreements, and Private Placement Memorandums for all future unit expansions. I oversee the generation of new capital sources from guarantors, individual investors, equity crowdfunding partnerships, and commercial loans. I lead communications with all capital sources and also am the lead contact for real estate site visits and site analysis. I also offer recommendations during lease reviews and negotiations. Secondary duties include assessing, designing, performing, and evaluating how our internal organizational systems and programs impact our team members. To ensure our guests are able to enjoy the Posting lifestyle, I make sure our team members are happy and our organizational systems are effective. This includes both proactive and responsive approaches to changes in our operating environments.

I served as a community mediator at the Dispute Resolution Center and also served as a trainer during the Spring 2010 mediator training sessions. I mediated 150+ hours while a member of the DRC, as well as attended several professional mediation conferences for continuing education.
