My early career experience has been working in retail to build better customer relationships and taking ownership to lead both in banking/securities and the electronic industry. I had been passionately improving the lives of both customers and employees for over 11 years. In 2017 I decided to take a support role and use my knowledge and expertise to aid the customer facing employees as a whole make positive changes for our customer and front line employees to executive management. My unique perspective as an individual with a disability mixes with my retail sales and leadership expertise to drive new ideas and thoughts throughout the company. With my ability to speak Spanish I have had the privilege and opportunity to tap into the Hispanic culture and aid people who do not speak English.Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family including my 7 nieces and nephews. Taking on new adventures with friends whether exploring a new restaurant or perhaps scouting through a new park or river. During the season I enjoy playing and coaching wheelchair basket ball and tennis.
