As an instructional designer and learning strategist for SmithBucklin I collaborate with association leaders, subject matter experts, and volunteers to develop learning experiences and educational products for multiple associations across industries. As the lead instructional designer I have partnered with many associations to develop engaging eLearning experiences, virtual education programs, improve and upgrade existing association education curricula. Whether we implement an online eLearning course, virtual education program, in-person or virtual conference these offering are aligned to the associations long term strategic plan.
