• Coordinating the planning then the implementation of a health care infrastructure development flagship project carried out by the consortium of Nyírő Gyula Hospital - National Institute of Psychiatry and Addictions and Semmelweis University. The project titled Az OPAI fejlesztése (The development of OPAI) was a great success as carried out according to the plans as regards deadlines, budget, technical content and results. Besides project management, I supported project administration for both consortium members• Managing an FP7 project titled EASEL (Expressive Agents for Symbiotic Education and Learning) for the consortium member Semmelweis University

• Managing transnational EU projects in the field of health, innovation and agriculture including the coordination of the consortium for the HERBS project (Leonardo da Vinci Lifelong Learning Programme)• Developing training materials and providing pilot trainings• Offering innovation development consultancy for companies• Contributing to the development of the Nagykovácsi Well-being Living Lab, which is the member of the European Network of Living Labs

• Coordinating project teams set up for the planning and implementation of Semmelweis University projects of strategic importance in the field of research, infrastructure development and education (coordinated the elaboration of 24 project proposals and the implementation of 8 projects)• Responsible for the operational management of the 12-person company (optimizing, coordinating workflows, human resource management, building a quality management system, company representation)• Providing presentations at conferences and workshops both in Hungary and abroad• Giving lectures on project management at PhD and gradual courses of Semmelweis University
