• Coordinating the planning then the implementation of a health care infrastructure development flagship project carried out by the consortium of Nyírő Gyula Hospital - National Institute of Psychiatry and Addictions and Semmelweis University. The project titled Az OPAI fejlesztése (The development of OPAI) was a great success as carried out according to the plans as regards deadlines, budget, technical content and results.
