I was responsible for the coordination and contact with experts from public school in relation to measurement work. In addition I wrote reports and evaluated studies and data provided by the experts for the project. Participation in conferences and management meetings was also my responsibility.

Working in the department of Education my main responsibility was the support and assistant of the department head. Managing and supporting the committee in charge of the secondary school's central exam as well as providing support for the high school exams. Building contacts and filing documents were also part of my role.

As a Helpdesk Professional my task was to provide information and guidance to citizens in relation to public educational matters. Managing complaints, escalations and administering data in person, over the phone or via e-mail was my primary duty.
