In my current role as HR Director for Tech at adidas, I oversee all HR activities of over 1400 tech professionals across the globe, working with the help of a diverse and high-performing team. I have a master's degree in psychology and advanced coaching certifications, which enable me to design and implement effective performance management and talent programs that align with the company's vision and values. Previously, I was the Global Director of Performance Development, where I contributed to the transformation of the performance development culture and processes.
