• Coordinating global bids for existing and future Vodafone customers, entities;• Managing parallel bids and tenders, coordinating the teams working on each opportunity (Sales, Commercial, Finance, Solution), organizing kick-off and follow-up calls, taking care of the proposals and the final submission;• Prioritizing tasks, adapting to the ever changing situations and keeping the deadlines.In this role quick decision making and fast reaction are important. I have got the opportunity to work on multi country deals and managing several tenders and submissions for key accounts as Henkel in Central Europe. I support the Italian market as well and lead them through the global government process which we follow within the company.I am highly motivated and always looking for new opportunities, I am keen on working with different stakeholders and leading a bid to win a deal for Vodafone.

I was supporting the Italian market's Supply chain activities, regarding orders, vendors, invoice related queries. I gained experience in collaborating with different teams within the company and know the structure.I prepared process documentation, participated in different workshops to improve our workflow and got the chance to be the subject atter expert in a knowledge transfer taking place in India, when we tranferred the supply chain activities from Budapest to Ahmedabad.

To correct zero drafts of future volumes in several steps, dividing the work in teams, edit the drafts, apply the editorial norms of the relevant publisher, copy the edited texts into the special program used to format, Adobe InDesign, adjust the text into the requested format and forward it to the publisher.
