Responsibilities:Test Planning: Implement test strategy and plan. Regularly update the plan based on project changes. Analyze customer requirements and participate in requirement definition with a focus on testability.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage software testers, ensuring their professional development. Allocate resources effectively and ensure team productivity.Test Execution and Management: Coordinate and supervise test development and execution, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy, focusing on reuseability and eliminate redundant test activities. Provide regular reports to stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes, introduce new tools, and collaborate with infrastructure development to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Defect Management: Track defects, found during testing and highlight potentially big-impact issues as necessary. Contribute to Change Control Board decisions.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with testing activities, escalating critical concerns to relevant stakeholders and driving effective resolution.Collaboration: Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish realistic testing timelines and deliverables. Organizing regular discussions among testers and related areas, providing guidance for software developers regarding of testing topics.Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to other test managers to enhance their skills and competencies in test planning, execution, and management.

Responsibilites:Test Automation: Develop and maintain test scripts and frameworks using C and Python programming languages focusing on reuseabilty. Test Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation to ensure traceability and facilitate knowledge transfer.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvements, automation, optimization and drive their implementation.Defect Management: Identify and report software defects using defect tracking systems (IBM Change and JIRA), occasionally support the decision making of the Change Control Board.Reviews: Actively participate in peer and inspection reviews of software requirements, design documents and test cases, to identify defects and improve overall quality.Collaboration: Collaborate with software developers, safety engineers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and help faster decision making.Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to junior team members, sharing knowledge, best practices, and helping in their professional development.
