Support of legal compliance (MiFID regulations). Coordinating the development of new internal reporting and financial budgeting processes.

Ensuring the daily operation of the company. Responsible for management of finance, back-office, mid-office, controlling and reporting, accounting (including taxation), IT operation and development, project management areas. Continuous development and control of operation workflows, regulations. Participation in the development of business strategy and plans. Responsible for continuously monitoring their fulfillment.Developing and operating a unique ERP system, which served the company's own sales representatives, and also served the bank branch network and agencies, meanwhile supported customers with direct access to the investment markets (real time 7/24 system).Relationship management with owners, Erste Group, supervisors (NBH), suppliers, auditors.
