As one of the founders, I successfully launched TesterLab, growing it into a reputable name within the software testing industry. I also crafted and executed a comprehensive sales and recruitment strategy, significantly increasing company revenue and market share.To enhance team performance and productivity at TesterLab we created a robust training program focusing on software testing, where I also acted as a facilitator in the past. At TesterLab we created an inclusive work environment that values providing team members with opportunities to thrive professionally.TesterLab is an avid supporter and member of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB). TesterLab is also actively involved in the software tester community, contributing to panels, workshops, and conferences.

As the driving force behind DevShore, my journey as a Founder & CEO has been akin to being a one-man army - a role that has evolved to encompass an array of pivotal responsibilities, like business development, recruitment and operations. Stepping into the entrepreneurial ring has not only fueled my passion for innovation but also charted a path of continual learning and leadership.

At Statzup, we provided football enthusiasts worldwide with versatile fantasy solutions across multiple platforms. In 2016, we achieved a milestone by amassing 1 million users. We expanded our reach to the Chinese market in 2017 and forged a strategic partnership with Hungary's leading gaming provider in 2018. My role involved spearheading product development, assembling our team of IT experts, and launching innovative white-label solutions.
