I am head of procurement at Nexi Central Europe, a.s., responsible for Nexi CE (Slovakia) and its 5 subsidiaries in Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Czech Republic and Romania. I manage 700 vendors for the 6 companies with my team.

SIA acquired card processing business in Central and Southeastern Europe from First Data, in the new merged regional company I started to work as manager of procurement for the Slovakian and Hungarian entities.

This title covers different roles:"Sales planning and control"business case preparation; pricing for offers; business approval for outgoing offers; budgeting; planning and controlling of actual and budgeted revenues; control of invoicing process; internal reporting and reporting to parent company; cost allocation and profitability calculations; controlling sales activities; etc.“Contract management”role covers the complete management of client and supplier agreements, including contract preparation, contract negotiation with clients and suppliers in CEE region, contract inventory management. We conclude around 60-80 contracts and amendments yearly in English or in Hungarian languages."Vendor management"I have implemented centralized vendor management in the company, management of around 200 suppliers, sourcing and purchasing.

When SIA spa. acquired GBC in 2007, I was appointed as one of the 5 members of the Directory Board for a 3 years period.

For some years I managed with a small group of people all the business related activities of the company, such as sales, bid preparation, sales controlling, planning and reporting, contract management, account management.
