Main tasks and responsibilities:Responsybility for chain developement and both for retail and wholesale- leading yearly negotiations and Joint Business Planning with the suppliers and conceptual sell of key activities- development and implementation of new chain concept (DPSM strategy, design of stores, web design, sales target, marketing support, etc.) and sell it to suppliers as part of the yearly negotiation- organizing the multifunctional team optimally to ensure effective management of all customers and delivery of the company’s sales objectives (sales, profit)- personally calling on key decision makers at the suppliers (General Manager, Marketing Director, Commercial Director) managing the business both strategically and tactically- directly managing 12 people: 5 sales representative, 2 buyer, 1 assistant, 4 multifunctional team members (in store, logistics, finance)

Responsibility for the company’s largest field of operation (laundry category with yearly 60 millions EUR) in terms of volume, value, profitability and the Integrated Business Plan.
