Resolving tickets created by users, be constantly in touch with the users and IT suppliers to buy IT equipment such: PCs, laptops, software, etc. Create and maintain structured cabling, installing servers, PC, laptops and switches in racks. Deploy MFP and label printers in office and production areas. Monitoring network and system performance via the PRTG monitoring system and being on call with a 24/7 phone. Managing users (creating, modifying and deleting) in MS AD and SAP.

In this position I installed, maintained, repaired PCs and medical grade digital printers in different places in Romania, this meant lot of travel time. I was responsible for the good operation of the printers in hospitals and later installing radiology software (Aycan Osirix pro) in the same hospitals. I worked with different supplier for the printers like Fuji, Carestream, Konica Minolta and others. On this job a gained lot of knowledge about printers, PCs, MAC computers and customer service because I became the contact person if one printer became defected.
