The aim of the Polaris project is the transition of Pay, Time & Benefits in small and mid-sized countries (70+ countries) in EMEA and APAC regions to Workday and to two centralized payroll vendors. As a WD Stream Lead, I am responsible for - lead the Workday Stream in the project- coordinate the implementation of the Time & Absence module in Workday for the scope countries- harmonize the WD Core, Compensation, and Time & Absence areas- keep the deadlines of the WD Readiness dates in all countries in scope- cooperate with the IT and Payroll Streams

- Gather and analyze business requirements, coordinate the the build of the solution, including the configuration of the system and implementation, then ensure professional testing activities- Support the Payroll, Time, Absences and Benefits areas - Contributing to the other Squads with BA skills part of the cross-collaboration model

- Building up the the Budapest Informatics Leadership Team initiative and participate in the program for 1 year after the go-live. The aim is to identify and drive common IT challenges and topics in line with the vision of the Budapest office.- Implement Prism tool for historical workforce and trending data combined with current Workday data for HR and Finance stakeholders (including the frozen view).- Take ownership of the Prism tool after the implementation.- Coordinate the future waves of Prism project in order to bring more data sources into the tool.- Support other project activities and coordinate project related meetings.- Gather and analyze business requirements and ensure professional testing activities during the lifecycle of the projects.- Provide technical expert advice to stakeholders, including system demonstrations. Align the priorities of all system activities with the involved parties.- Create and revise system documentation.

- Provides support and issue resolution for Roche HR professionals worldwide.- Identifies and implements efficiency improvements in system and process.- Manage HR portal support and authorization issues.- Delivers process training and refresher courses to SSC employees: ensures the process training for the new team members and tracks knowledge gaps & assess refreshing process training.- Provide best practice sharing and maximum standardization between SSC country teams.
