Support and develop ESAB BI architecture globally (EMEAR, South America, North America, Asia) as a leader of the BI team.Key tasks are:• Making a feasibility and architecture plan of business intelligence solutions according to the organization requirements• Set clear team goals• Delegate tasks and set deadlines• Oversee day-to-day operation• Monitor team performance• Motivate team members• Discover training needs and provide coaching• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts• Improvement of existing applications and take advice to the management for a better performance or save costs• Input into strategy and standards around the Business Intelligence portfolioResponsibilities• Supporting/ creating initiatives to drive improvements, including analysis, reporting, infrastructure and presentation areas• Ensuring timely delivery of business intelligence tools• Ensuring a ‘fit for purpose’ (for example: robust , responsive, easily upgraded) Business Intelligence infrastructure is maintained• Ensuring enhancements are identified and appropriate business cases produced
