CurrentLeading of IT organization in our China, Germany, Hungary and MexicositesMy main activities:• Creating IT strategy and roadmap for the whole company, leadingof Industry 4.0 projects, production and process automation partof the digital transformation of the company,• Infrastructure design – implementation – maintenance – supportwith standardization across multiply sites• Renewal of company used external and internal IT solutions• Managing of outsourced IT services (like SAP, EDI, etc.)• Office and Production (MES, SAP) support management• Participation in production automatization projects.• Coordinating of IT solution upgrades across all sites (client/serverOS and application upgrades)• Part of Manufacturing transfer and implementation (productionrelocation from Germany to China)• Build solution design for all departments by improving processes• Main point of contact for IT vendors,• People management,• Monthly and Quarterly budget management• IT investment, asset, and license management,• Audit (VDA, TISAX), documentation and creating standards,• Project management (milestone reports),• Managing IT Helpdesk operation (OTRS)• Reporting to CEO, Member of executive management, andrelated management duties,
