As Project Manager, I was responsible for the application process and the management of the implementation of the GINOP 1.3.7-19 project at HEPA. As the head of the PMO, I completed the 12-month application process in only 4 months. I also ensured HEPA won the tender and the EUR 3 million EU grant. Project objectives included developing the IT infrastructure of the HEPA offices throughout the world as well as supporting Hungarian SMEs with significant export potential.
