The field of Media Arts is forever evolving. As technology shifts for a new generation, so follows the methods for success. My role as Media Arts Director followed a similar progression.With research, resiliance, and iron patience, I conceived, developed, organized, founded the Media Arts Department at DCS. My most valuable achievement is the successful launch of DCTV. A student operated production studio. DCTV began as an idea that in one year expanded into a school wide (k-12) brand known for delivering quality, trustworthy, and entertaining content to students and parents both within as well as outside Dayton Christian School. I used my 10+ years of working photography, videography, graphic design, and marketing experience to create daily action plans as well as measurable success metrics.Furthermore, I taught high school students marketing philosophy and psychology, best practices, and technical writing. Those who continued their education with me gained experience in recruiting, branding, financial management, SMM, and PR. I directed students in live athletic broadcasting, sports commentating, video direction, and technical operation. With my leadership, DCTV increased Dayton Christian’s YouTube subscribers from 101 in August 2020 to 611 by May 2021.

Phonathon Solicited donations through telecommunication with donors and prospective donors. Tracked the amount and types of calls and pledges per shift. Averaged 20 calls per hour, 10 contacts per shift, and $200 per shift. Maintained over 50 percent pledge rate and over 80 percent fulfillment rate. Completed all shift documentation promptly and efficiently. Promoted twice in 3 months.
