For over 15 years, I define processes, lead people and design digital solutions following this belief. I aim to balance technical, business, and user requirements while continuously collaborating with stakeholders.I am passionate about teaching, mentoring and helping others progress in their design careers.- More than 10 years of experience in designing end-to-end user experience from ideation to execution: user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, in-person usability testing.- 17 years experience in user requirement analysis: participating in stakeholder interview and workshops, facilitating workshops, preparing contextual inquiries and ethnographic studies. - More than 5 years experience teaching design thinking and UX design at various levels to students, future UX designers, developers, and product managers.- More than 5 years experience in classic people manager's tasks.
