As the brand manager of Kids category within Danone I'm working with cross-functional and regional teams, establishing brand manifesto models for our local baby brand and also for a dairy kid brand, aiming to build a bridge between them, and prolong the consumer journey. - Identify trends, mapping options for joint productions with other CBUs and optimizing portfolio aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth- Developing annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources- Create and lead customer specific plans and activations based on brand strategy by working together with other departments- Budget planning and ownership- Competitor monitoring, market analysis, performance tracking - Prepare business cases for new projects and innovations- Representing my brands and team on local and global meetings- Planning and developing of brand webpage together with digital agency- Actively participating in community programs and train the trainer activities
