This position is viewed as an expert in the provision of talent acquisition through providing solutions, advice and training to hiring managers regarding best practice sourcing methodology.This position holds the responsibility of developing and posting creative sourcing campaigns through validated social media and other appropriate media. As a business partner to the hiring manager, it is fundamental to remain current with information affecting the service and organisation at large.
