I worked with Dr. Havva Özlem ALTAY in the Molecular Biology Research Laboratory. In this project:Transcriptomic Data Analysis: Utilized the Kallisto bioinformatics tool to analyze and interpret transcriptomic data from the mouse genome.Research and Development: Investigated the molecular-level effects of genetic regulation and uncovered new findings.Analytical and Critical Thinking: Statistically evaluated the obtained transcriptomic data and provided in-depth analyses of molecular mechanisms.Project Management: Managed the research process, planned experimental designs, and coordinated with laboratory team members.These experiences have enabled me to develop strong analytical skills in molecular biology and bioinformatics.
