About Brian John Mccullen Dahl 🍀

I have a long and interesting background from telecommunication engineering, and 22 of those years were in leadership positions. I am also a co-author of the book "PisseGod Ledelse" (in English "DamnGood Leadership"). Having reshaped myself, I now work as a psycho-therapist and lecturer in subjects such as self-leadership, selforganising teams, self-consciousness, life philosophies, hypnosis and therapy. Hence, where I in the past was programming machines and computers, I now program people :-) Needless to say, that the latter is more difficult.I consider myself for being quite knowledgeable and a subject matter expert within the above mentioned subjects. People say about me, that I am very empathic, authentic, knowledgeable, wise, responsible and trustworthy. These traits are also amongst my dearest values together with a desire to show integrity. I wish to work for the creation of a better world, and I am constantly in pursual of 'gnosis' (knowledge) and the truth. I detest very much use of force and authority and deep hierarchies, but believe in setting humans free. In order to do this, you need to do your inner work, and this describes my quest for humanity.
