• Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes• Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery• Communicate and influence at a senior level• Ensures that the cost volume is compliant, competitive and compatible with the proposal. Establishes the guidelines for the basis of estimates and bill of quantities.• To review and finalize specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials and equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications to include in final tender documentation.• Direct the Proposal Coordinator in all proposal development and production activities.• Assist in analyzing the RFP/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer’s issues and needs• Review completed storyboards and proposal sections to ensure requirements are adequately addressed and that customer page limits are not exceeded.• Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings and maintain the proposal schedule.• Provides guidance to section leads and writers, review documents, liaises with company chain of command, ensures schedule and tasks stay on track, makes tough decisions, solves difficult problems or roadblocks proposal team faces, and anything else needed to keep the proposal on track for on-time delivery.• To interpret & review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification.

• Development of QA/QC & Production Department of AEPL workshop facility.• Preparation and implementation of QA/QC program to get workshop certified from ASME & National Board.• Coordination with HR for sourcing & hiring of QA/QC & Production staff and interviewed them.• Interface and coordinate the work activities between Quality and other disciplines.• Review and approve Subcontractor’s NDT & PWHT procedures.• Arrangement to get all the store items calibrated.• Supervise the QA/QC Engineers/inspectors to ensure effective planning, execution and coordination of all Quality activities like equipment, piping, welding, NDE, PWHT.• Conduct the Weekly Quality Meetings with all other disciplines to ensure effective planning, execution and coordination.• Coordinate with Third party inspections authorities.• Development of Training centre to implement trainings on QA/QC Program, training of welding supervisors, welders, fabrication supervisors, fabricators.• Supervision of the QC staff for welding inspections, fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Steel Structure, Boilers, Tanks, Piping & Piping inspections etc.• Lead, plan, organize and coordinate with team of QC inspectors, Welding Inspectors and subcontractors’ technicians.• Interface and coordinate the work activities between Quality and other disciplines. Review and approve Subcontractor’s NDT and welding procedures.• Participate in Weekly Quality Meetings with all the Parties involved on the Project. Prepare and Manage pre-qualification of the QA/QC program for different companies as per requirements. Coordinate with Third party inspections authorities.
