Ensured proper and timely manual migration of more than 500 employee benefit clients, consisting of more than 2 million members in total to a new Software system, from disparate sources. Worked directly with the data to ensure proper matches on data being imported and accepted into the new platform. Developed continuous data analytics procedures to ensure accuracy and minimise errors. Extreme attention to detail and a proactive attitude required.Assisted in documenting user requirements for the new system and then led the UAT team to test if the system:a. Meets these user requirements;b. Responds correctly to all kinds of inputs;c. Performs its functions within an acceptable time;d. Is user friendly; ande.
