Responsibilities:o Configure, manage, and monitor various networking devices including Cisco switches and routers, Fortigate 400F firewall, Mikrotik, Cambium, and Meraki APs.o Manage various servers including Windows, Office 365 E1 Portal, Exchange, Azure AD, Symantec Antivirus, IPPBX, and Data Center.o Responsible for network designing, planning & commissioning. And network monitoring, implementation, and maintenance of Network elements.o Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of surveillance systems, including CCTV, NVR, DVR, and access control systems.o Configuration and maintenance of IPPBX system- Mitel, Grandsteam IP phone.o Monitoring and checking the network and data connectivity of all wings of Beximco Pharma, as well as all uplink connectivity, using SolarWinds software.o Ensure smooth IT support, and troubleshoot issues with PCs, laptops, MAC, IP-Phone, Mail, MS Office 365, and software. Manage network printers and scanners seamlessly through Print Server.o Ensure smooth operation of 40+ depots across the country by maintaining network connectivity and providing IT support.o Analysis of new IT products which is the best for company business.

Responsibilities:o Ensure IT supports to user end for their Computer, scanner, printer, IP Phone, etc., andconfiguring Outlook Mail and solved different types of software-related problems.o Design and develop network infrastructure and Configure and maintain LAN/WAN/WIFI.o Provide IT support to HMI-based production machines & QC lab-related Computerized systems.o Maintain windows server- AD, DC, File sharing, MIS system, Kaspersky endpoint security server,IP-PBX server, Data Center, and VMware- ESXi server.o Monitoring Networking Connectivity- (ISP Uplink, Head office to plant, and differentdistribution points) using SolarWinds software.o Monitoring & troubleshooting of - CCTV, NVR, DVR & Access control devices.o Take Data backup from HP data protector server and prepare data backup and restore plan,preventive maintenance plan of IT system, data center, and switch room.o Prepare Computerize system validation (CSV) and Technical documentation.
