My responsibilities include post installation paperwork, customer service and relationship management, Leasing with internal team members, Managering bookings for Big Clients, General Office Duties, Managing Monday.com, working and Assistanting alongside project Manager, Overlooking electrical and engineering team ensuring all the paperwork is correct.

At Norton Hill Pharmacy I used two different systems one which is Proscript and the other which is Rx Web. I am very confident with both systems. My role at Norton Hill Pharmacy included taking in prescriptions ensuring it is filled out correctly, picking and labelling the prescription and scanning it, then double checking it all before passing it over to the pharmacist. I also helped prepare methadone for our patients which require them , I did dooping, placing and receiving orders making sure they are checked off the invoices. I Also prepared and helped with Flu Jabs. I also maintained stock levels and did date checking, processing and printing off electronic prescription (ETP), I have experience working in the shop floor as well making sure the shop is presentable and the stock levels are high, giving out prescription, using the till and I also did cashing up at the end of the night. Also dealing with customer enquires and answering and making phone calls to GP's / Hosptials and Doctors.

My responsibilities here include getting our customers bike quotes, renewing there policies, dealing with mid term adjustments alongside queries and also complaints. I also assisted my manager with paperwork occasionally and helped organise team meetings.

My main responsibilities included serving customers, receiving and dispensing prescriptions, stacking shelves, date checking, cleaning shelves, dooping out of date medicines and patient returns, dealing with methadone, dealing with customer enquires, receiving phone calls and making phone calls to the GP/Doctors with enquiries.
