Dealing with all Contractual Estimate of EPC project, preparation & submission to client PDO, periodically invoicing, dealing with variation claims with client as well as subcontractors & third party services, monthly KPI, interim payment etc.Dealing with COR (Cost optimization Review) for PDO, tracking the sheet & Action points and conducting meeting with higher management & PDO for the same, preparing month saving in cost of COR.

Dealing with Variation Claims, Extension of Time, Subcontractor Invoices, preparing Monthly Statements of Change Order Internal & External, Valuation for Variation & Extension of time, Subcontractors Liability, claims of Subcontractors, dealing with client regarding variations & claims, ensuring all variations are captured for all projects, keeping contemporary record for all projects, Interims Payments Applications for projects,

Dealing of contracts for the project, making sure that works is going according to contracts, making invoices monthly getting approval from client, if any additional work is done will be charging client for it. Preparing weekly KPIs & weekly progress to know where we stand.
