1) Preparing Monthly Forecasting of sales for Dior2) Planning monthly orders for Dior3) Preparing and finalizing monthly orders with Brand Manager and General manager.4) Daily - Collating DSRs from all the regions, generate sales report on daily basis showing sales Vs target till date per door, per axis, per chain, per region, top 5 SKUs. Coordinating the same5) Tracking physical stock for each outlet pan India, in coordination with regional sales coordinators/supervisors and Ba’s. as stocks need to be very closely monitored.6) Prioritizing the store into A, B and C. As per the target base stock raising the stock/ tester/POSM requisition. Also maintaining the loss of sale report for any special customer requirement. Communicating with the retailer for single/global / jumbo Po. After receiving the same cross verifying the qty with the actual requisitions. 7) Preparing requisitions and sending the same through Baan to warehouse team for replenishment along with the PO numbers.8) Follow up on dispatches to the outlet based on priority and respective orders based on the supply chain reports sent by Warehouse.9) Coordinating with outlet personnel for any queries regarding dispatches, stock availability in the warehouse or any other stores for IBT or RTV and forward the same to the finance and Warehouse for accounting purposes. Also, maintaining necessary stock adjustments in Baan.10) Preparing work order permit for sending empty testers / stock after RTV from the outlet and coordinating with Warehouse team to send it to the Warehouse.11) Generating sales reports which helps in analyzing the sales trend and aids during forecasting.
