York University Subway Station Project, Toronto, Ontario- 118 million dollar, 65,000 sq. ft. subway station on the new Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension.- Assess, model, & quantify the mass concrete structure of the planned station.- Evolve model of structure to visualize and correct planned project schedule; liaising with project team to ensure construct-ability requirements are met.- Incorporate point cloud scan of existing conditions to ensure all possibilities are accounted for.- Work with high risk trades to generate interference drawings of services for avoidance of late stage cost escalations and schedule delays.

Surrey Memorial Hospital Critical Care Tower Project, Surrey, British Columbia- 512 million dollar, 8 storey, 440,000 sq. ft. critical care expansion to the existing Surrey Memorial medical campus.- Rapidly assess new or previously unknown requirements and apply them to multiple, multi-disciplinary solution options.- Develop rapport with trades to maintain morale & productivity while demonstrating a commitment to the project and quality of work.- Generate and maintain a running schedule to understand project status, upcoming milestones, and identify supply chain deficiencies to obtain improvements.
