Led the team that developed the curriculum for FRANCHISE MARKETING with templates/case studies/assignments. I have successfully trained the first 2 sets of participants under the CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE PROGRAM at ENTERPRISE DEVELOPEMENT CENTRE, lAGOS. Participants are mandated to set up a minimum of 2 new outlets before December 31st 2020. Also a part of the team that developed the NEW NIGERIAN FRANCHISE BILL currently awaiting 2nd reading at the Nigerian House Of Representatives.

Further developed a self-help 7-Module Business Audit & Re-Engineering MasterClass program spanning a 90-day implementation timeline with over 30 business intervention templates to help Business Owners track, measure and significantly improve their overall productivity. 3 successful programs have been completed for 51 Businesses. Set up BUSINESS UPSCALER as the platform for launching VALUE BUILDER SYSTEM (VBS) into the Nigeria market. Globally, VBS has helped over 40,000 businesses improve their business valuation either for expansion or outright sale of the business.
