Analyzing, classifying, and submitting divisions expenses and petty cash reimbursements.Preparing financial documents such as bills, invoices, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.Maintenance of proper files, registers, and records in the Accounts department.Assist the Auditor in making annual audits for the company.Preparation of monthly financial reports to the management.Arranging the payment of staff salaries through Wage Protection System (WPS). Preparing Wage protection systems file & salaries tables along with transfer slips.Documentation of all accounts-related entries and keeping a proper record of transactions.Entering account transactions ensures accuracy and a common processing approach.Processing received & paid payments as well as reallocating credit generated payments.Maintain office supplies and other materials required for the organization.

Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account informationDocument financial transactions by entering account information and examining the expenses submitted by employees.Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payableCreating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
