1- learned about the laboratory and the type of samples to be analyzed.2- learned the preparation of chemical solutions with different molarity.3- examined samples from: Drinking water (PH, Electrical conductivity, TDS, Chloride, Total hardness, Ca, Mg, Alkalinity, Na, K, Sulfate, Nitrate), Bread (Fat Content, Total Ash, Fiber, PH), Yogurt (Fat, Acidity, Non fat Solids).4- Instruments used during the training: PH meter, Electrical conductivity meter, Fibertec 2010 (FOSS), Soxtherm automatic.
