Here's how my typical day looks like. 1. Co-ordinate with CxOs and operations teams to identify talent deficits in the departments. 2. Identify with the Training and Learning wing to evaluate opportunities to explore opportunities of team optimisation using multi-skill teaming, automation to reduce manual work load etc. 3. Work with the recruiters to onboard hard-to-hire talent from third-party consultants. 4. Participate with academic events to explore campus recruitment opportunities.

Here's where I stepped into my first leadership role. My typical day would include but is not limited to 1. Discover serious third-party recruiter agencies to ensure talent acquisition targets are met. 2. Work closely with the operations team to identify potential attritions for the quarter to minimise damages. 3. Work closely with the Employee engagement executive to identify key causes of attrition. 4. Take exit interviews to identify key pain points in the teams for analytics. 5. Help onboard new trainees and employees for the smooth attachment of old teams and new entrants.
