- Monitor assigned work Pre-Commissioning areas ( Hydrotest, Pneumatic Test, Leak Test , Hot Oil Flushing, Flange Management, Chemical Clening and Hydrojetting )- Coordinate work activities with other HSE Officers and Construction Team Foremen/Supervisors/Superintendents- Ensure that workforece work by following work safety procedures and always using PPE in the work area- Stop and rectify all unsafe acts and conditions observed- Cascade HSE Campaigns to all workforce- Deliver Tool Box Talk- Perform weekly verification Inspections as per schedule- Update HSE notice board and install safety signs in the work area- Ensure good housekeeping and cable management is enforced by delegating and reminding supervisors and foremen to perform these tasks- Inspect JSA’s and PTW’s if details are complete including certificates
