As Director of Marketing, I was responsible for shaping the creative strategy and instituting the company’s marketing architecture, including overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. I was responsible for the implementation of the overarching strategy to the development of the full marketing mix from social to print to events to acquisition and retention of clients. Working collaboratively with senior management, I led the team to set and execute strategies across channels including the company website, events, content creation, and email marketing and ensuring marketing programs are furthering business needs to scale the growth initiatives._Developed and execute all corporate marketing materials used for proposal responses, pitches and presentations, and meetings with various counterparties including industry groups, potential business partners, and prospective tenants. _Developed and implement a new brand identity, including the design concept and execution of all marketing collateral and website. (Concepted and designed the second rebranding effort of the firm in 2016/2017 as a freelance designer)_Led team in the development, implementation, and training, of new CRM Infusionsoft._Reorganized and structured the operating and technical functions of the office and led within first month leading to a high increase in overall productivity.

As an Associate, I was responsible for the design and development of investment sales marketing collateral, preparing proposals and presentations for new business, oversee printing and distribution of print and interactive collateral, as well act as the operations manager for the office where I initiated and created efficiency systems for on-boarding and tracking real estate licenses renewal dates, plan and managed events, as well as oversaw day-to-day office operations. As an integral part of the production team, I managed deal status updates, including fee agreements, press releases, confidentiality agreements, marketing lists, activity tracking, and e-mail blasts_Designed print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memoranda, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphic/charts, and end bound books. _Manage print vendors and oversee print production to ensure consistency and quality of all marketing packages._Conceived and designed the marketing book for Parkway Gardens, which helped secure a $40 million dollar sale of the 100 percent Project-Based Section 8 community on the south side of Chicago. _Initiated and implemented an efficiency system for new employee on-boarding and tracking real estate licenses renewal dates, plan and managed events, as well as oversaw day-to-day office operations.
