I have worked in Retail for over 14 years at the Home Depot, beginning as a merchandising associate then working my way up to a district supervisor and eventually an assistant store manager in two different locations. I worked as a merchandising assistant manager for 4 years and an operations manager for 1 year.More recently I had an opportunity to change career paths to go into Administrative work for Mackay Communications. I became a department inventory specialist utilizing my operational skills, as well as a dispatcher and office secretary working with data entry, excel, word, and powerpoint. I was also able to contribute to the network management facilitating sales, equipment information and inventory management.
