My name is Zuleisha Serrano, and I have twelve years of experience in the retail industry. I began as a sales associate at "Hot Topic" in Miami, advancing to key holder by eighteen. I then became an Assistant Manager at "It's Sugar" and later joined "Groupe Dynamite," where I was promoted to Visual Assistant Manager. This role allowed me to travel, provide support, and attend workshops, enhancing my skills.I also helped recruit and restructure logistics at a "Garage" store in Portland and opened new stores, improving my leadership and teamwork skills. In 2020, I moved to Orlando and worked at "Tilly’s" as an in-store merchandiser. Within five months, I joined a team to open a new store in Gainesville, contributing new ideas and strategies.In 2022, I became a Visual Merchandiser Coordinator at City Furniture, learning new techniques in the furniture industry. After relocating to Ocala, I joined Ashley Furniture. Throughout my career, I have consistently sought to learn, improve, and innovate, preparing me for future opportunities.
