PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (part of Garuda Indonesia Group) is a technology-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company.During my tenure as a Recruitment Intern, my responsibility areas were:• Managed the end-to-end recruitment process for outsourced positions including job posting, sourcing (using LinkedIn, Karir.com and Indeed), screening, selecting, and conducting HR interviews with talents, reporting to hiring managers and arranging the schedule for user interviews.• Assisted in administering various standardized psychological tests to individuals across different age groups and backgrounds, scored the psychological assessment responses, interpret the assessment results and compile comprehensive test reports for user.• Collaborated with HR team members and hiring managers to better understand the specific requirements of open positions and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

BPM Kema Fapsi Unpad is a student organization engaged in the legislative field.• Recruited & Led a team of 6 to deliver information related to the student executive.• Responsible for disseminating information related to campus issues, activities and policies of BPM Fapsi Unpad to members of Kema Fapsi Unpad.• Responsible for managing information and communication media of BPM Fapsi Unpad (line official account, Instagram & BPM bulletin).• Established regular brainstorming sessions to develop a grand design and template for the posts.• Assessed students' needs related to the workflow, information, and skills in student representative council from other faculty or campus.• Managed BPM Kema Fapsi Unpad social media content and posts.• Organized BPM Kema Fapsi Unpad’s faculty or campus visit event to SM Fpsi Undip, BPM FTG Unpad and DPM Psychology UPI.• Awarded as the best team by March 2022.
