This involved connecting all major selling channels, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, and Magento, with Linnworks to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.During the implementation process, I successfully integrated Linnworks with each selling channel, ensuring seamless data synchronization and order management across platforms. This integration allowed for centralized control and streamlined workflows, simplifying the management of sales, inventory, and order fulfillment.In addition to the channel integrations, I created and configured 1200 SKUs within Linnworks. This involved diligently setting up and managing all SKU properties, such as titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, images, and inventory levels. By establishing comprehensive and accurate SKU information, I enabled efficient inventory management and streamlined order processing.Another significant aspect of my role was connecting different third-party logistics providers (3PLs) for inventory management and fulfillment services in various countries, including the UK, Germany, Australia, the USA, and Canada. This involved evaluating and selecting suitable 3PL partners, establishing integrations between Linnworks and their systems, and implementing standardized processes for seamless order fulfillment and inventory control across different locations.Through my efforts as an E-commerce Project Manager, I successfully implemented Linnworks for Factory14's 13 brands, connected multiple selling channels, created 1200 SKUs with detailed properties, and established connections with 3PLs in various countries. These initiatives significantly improved operational efficiency, enhanced inventory management, and streamlined order fulfillment processes, ultimately driving the success and growth of the e-commerce business. -

Checking with the supplier if the compliance requirements are met.Constant communication with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs clearance agents for shipment pickup, cross-border transportation, and customs clearance until delivered to Amazon or other designated personal warehouse destinations. Making weekly inventory reports to provide updated cargo-ready dates and the estimated time of departure for POs. -
