• Oversees the design group, ensuring day to day requirements of project designs are met;
• Provides day to day help and support on any design related issues;
• Consults company and Client practices and policies;
• Prepares and present quotes within the standard time frame for the job in accordance with Client needs and company standards;
• Follows support documents, schematics, and procedural manuals to ensure adherence to company standards;
• Adheres to all healthy and safety guidelines;

• Performs site surveys to collect, analyze and organize basic engineering data to develop design layouts and all engineering documentation required for a complete functional design;
• Prepares rough work plans for the implementation and the improvement of the outside telecommunication network;
• Prepares layouts and detail drawings from notes, verbal instructions and rough or detailed sketches;
• Liaises with internal and external customers, developers, municipal officials and other approving authorities to remove roadblocks and obtain the necessary approvals of the design drawings;
• Analyzes clients current and future needs and provide recommendations and solutions;
• Prepares accurate documentation to track time, expenses and events for billing purpose
