•Oversees the design group, ensuring day to day requirements of project designs are met;•Provides day to day help and support on any design related issues;•Consults company and Client practices and policies;•Prepares and present quotes within the standard time frame for the job in accordance with Client needs and company standards;•Follows support documents, schematics, and procedural manuals to ensure adherence to company standards;•Adheres to all healthy and safety guidelines;•Coordinates all aspects of projects;•Interfaces with third party organizations as required;•Manages internal activities with the functional groups to ensure that all aspects of the projects and completed in the provided time frame;•Sets project schedules and provides regular updates to the manager;•Assists with preparation of project reports, maintaining database, permit approvals, invoicing, and managing work schedules;•Manages the workforce and the distribution of the workload;•Ensures adherence to the budget and ensuring profitability are met;•Sets expectations for internal/external standards;•Understands and communicates design requirements and provides technical support with drafting, design and project requirements;•Prepares drawings, charts, maps, plans, records, and documents for project completion;•Accountable for all work submitted for review.

•Performs site surveys to collect, analyze and organize basic engineering data to develop design layouts and all engineering documentation required for a complete functional design;•Prepares rough work plans for the implementation and the improvement of the outside telecommunication network;•Prepares layouts and detail drawings from notes, verbal instructions and rough or detailed sketches;•Liaises with internal and external customers, developers, municipal officials and other approving authorities to remove roadblocks and obtain the necessary approvals of the design drawings;•Analyzes clients current and future needs and provide recommendations and solutions;•Prepares accurate documentation to track time, expenses and events for billing purpose
